If you create a team on behalf of an organization, club, or group, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to FootDraw, including:

• Team information
• Player information
• Match data
• Statistics
• Photos and files
• Comments and messages

By submitting content, you grant FootDraw a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Impersonate another person.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfere with the operation of FootDraw.
• Use the Service for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Collect personal information from other users without permission.

FootDraw reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

FootDraw provides tools for recording match results, goals, assists, attendance, ratings, and team statistics.

The accuracy of this information depends entirely on data entered by users. FootDraw does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any statistics.

FootDraw may integrate with third-party services such as Telegram, email providers, authentication providers, and analytics services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. FootDraw is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

We strive to keep FootDraw available and reliable, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or data recovery in every circumstance.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

While FootDraw performs reasonable measures to protect user data, users are responsible for maintaining copies of any important information. We recommend regularly exporting important team and match data.

The FootDraw platform, including software, design, branding, logos, graphics, and features are owned by FootDraw and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

If FootDraw offers paid plans:

• Fees will be clearly displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Features may differ between free and paid plans.

Additional payment terms may apply when purchasing premium services.

You may stop using FootDraw at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or continued access creates risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, access to your account and associated data may be restricted or removed.
