Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your workspace automatically downgrades to the Free plan.

Paddle, our merchant of record, calculates and collects any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your location. If you are in a VAT-inclusive region, the displayed price already includes tax. In other regions, tax is added at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm payment.

Absolutely. You can switch your billing cycle at any time from your subscription settings. When you switch to yearly, you start saving immediately. If you switch from yearly to monthly, the change takes effect at your next renewal date.

Pro-gated features are only available while you have an active Pro subscription. Pro removes the per-match participant limit and adds exports, player comparison, recurring polls, premium share cards and multiple admins. Free includes unlimited player storage plus all core match & stats features, polls, and Telegram integration.

Storing players on Free is unlimited. A standard Free match includes up to 10 unique participants, substitutes included. Everything else — matches, stats, ratings, team balancing, polls, Telegram integration and MVP voting — is unlimited. Pro removes the per-match limit.

On the Free plan the team owner is the only member with admin rights — everyone else can join as a viewer. Pro unlocks unlimited admins, so teammates can create matches, run draws and manage players. If a Pro team downgrades, admin members are kept but act as viewers until you upgrade again.
