If you are not satisfied with FootDraw Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date. No questions asked.
Non-Refundable Subscriptions
After the initial 30-day refund period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@footdraw.com from the email address associated with your FootDraw account. Include your account email and a brief description of the request. We process most refunds within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for violations of our Terms of Service that result in account suspension. Gift or promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment Method
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
